NO. According to Billy Graham; the Lord spoke to Him and  said He (Billy) would not go home till after Oct 2013 so He could give a Last Message to America and Canada. You might doubt Billy Graham in this case; but as God used men in the Word of God, He often told those He loved facts about His Coming like He did with John. Since it doesn't conflict with Scripture, I agree with Billy Graham.
